Printing
For your printing preferences we provide different Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) settings for the different levels of printing. Your browser will use these settings to control how our web pages print. Your browser will print a different view than you see on the screen; it is recommended that you use your browsers print pre-view function prior to printing. Most print pre-view screens allow adjustments on the page and print size. Many browsers default to not printing the background images, this setting may be changed in the browser, our server cannot force background image printing.

page Medium
Prints the content area of the page, do not include navigation menus.

Prints the entire page including menu, siteID, and footers.
